Ooops

Tree Decoration, originally uploaded by edwardandlilly.

Maybe I shouldn't mention this because maybe you didn't notice but I missed a day of Blogtoberfest, oops, the weekend was a little too hectic. To make up for it I promise to do an extra post one day this week.

This is the prototype for my tree decorations for this year so expect to see a few more hanging around here between now and December. I'm trying to avoid using Christmas motifs for the embroideries, that way they can be used at any time of year plus they make great gifts for those who don't celebrate Christmas.

It's so pretty! My decorations (or some at least) this year will be less Christmas-ish and more neutral, it's fun to have pretty things out all year.

Love it! I'm a bit bah humbug about Christmas decorations, so I love that this one isn't all red and green and ho ho ho.

ps. word verification = "tramp" is blogger trying to tell me something?

Lovely- I hope I get paired up with you in the ornament swap- i'm trying to think of something non-xmassy for my ornaments as I don't celebrate it myself, but everything I come up with seems to be a bit rubbish at the moment. I'll search you out on Swap-bot now, I think I might become addicted to that place!
