Baby Quilt Work in Progress

Baby Quilt WIP, originally uploaded by edwardandlilly.

Just popping in for a little baby quilt update. After a number of nights, a million pin pricks and calluses to boot I finally finished the hand quilting. I've also attached half the binding so should have the finished quilt posted here by the end of the weekend.

I really enjoy stitching down the binding, I find it so relaxing.

Thanks for popping by my blog and giving me advice on the shop front thing. I really appreciate it :-)

The quilt looks sweet - interesting colours. I mean interesting in a good way! Do you use a thimble? It's worth perservering - I use one on each hand when hand quilting - no more pin pricks!
